In many cases, repairing dented panels is more beneficial than replacing them, particularly when dealing with welded panels that are integral to the vehicle’s structure. The size, position, and type of panel all play a key role in determining the best repair method.

For this Ford Transit, any affected panels were first stripped of paint and previous coatings, ground down to bare metal, and prepped for repair. Using our Miracle Pull System, welded pins were attached to the panel, allowing us to carefully pull out the dents with specialised equipment.

Our goal is to restore the panel as close to its original shape as possible, ensuring that only a minimal amount of body filler is needed. Once reshaped, the panels were sanded down, aligned with adjacent panels, and primed before being prepped for paint.
