Mercedes A Class
This Mercedes came in with significant damage along the entire side, a ripped-off front bumper, and both wheels severely affected. The door hinges were also damaged, and upon further inspection, we discovered structural damage to the B-pillar and sills.
Step 1: Structural Assessment & Alignment Check
The vehicle was sent for a wheel alignment to ensure there is no hidden suspension damage as the alloys were damaged, we always perform this check before beginning any repairs. We also inspected the tyres to replace them with new ones if needed.
Step 2: Panel Preparation & Trial Fitting
Once the vehicle returned, we conducted a full trial fit of the new panels before beginning any repairs. Damaged panels were repaired and primed, followed by a final trial fit to ensure a perfect alignment before moving on to paint preparation.
Step 3: Paint & Refinishing
After thorough prep work, the car was moved into the paint booth for a professional, factory-quality respray. Once painted, all components were reassembled, polished, and cleaned, restoring the vehicle to showroom condition.
Step 4: Wheel Refurbishment
Both damaged wheels were removed and sent away for diamond cutting and refinishing. When returned, they looked brand new and were carefully refitted to complete the repairs.
Now fully repaired, polished, and tested, the Mercedes was handed back to the customer in pristine condition.
