Toyota Yaris Full Repair Process

This Toyota Yaris required extensive accident repair, including new doors, a new rear wing, and multiple structural repairs.

The vehicle was fully stripped down, and the rear wing was pulled out before any panels were cut and removed. All new panels were trial-fitted to ensure precise alignment before the new rear wing was welded in place.

Once secured, filler work and repairs were completed, followed by priming and preparation for painting. As this car featured a two-tone colour scheme—a black roof and blue lower panels—it was masked and painted twice to achieve a seamless factory finish.

Finally, all parts were reassembled, polished, and washed, ensuring the vehicle was restored to its original condition before being handed back to the customer.
